Kleine-Brogel Air Base, also known as the '10th Tactical Wing', 'KB' or 'KeeBee' in military language, is unique in many aspects. In fact, KB is the largest unit of Belgian Defence, which fulfils numerous important tasks. Every hour of the day, every day of the year. Thus contributing to peace and freedom for all citizens. Throughout the execution of each assignment, one aspect takes center stage every time: the care of our staff, our most important asset!

Our mission, now more relevant than ever, is to ensure the safety and well-being of the Belgian population. That is why we pay a lot of attention as to how we carry out our tasks: proud and professional, with knowledge and with an incredible team spirit. Thanks to this constant attention to a flawless execution, flexibility, adaptability and a continuous sense of improvement, KB has built up a rock-solid reputation both nationally and internationally. Our staff and resources are always ready, today and tomorrow, to continue to defend the interests of our country and its people, in Belgium and far beyond. The future is also intensively being prepared in order to be able to continue to fulfil our mission and that future looks promising: within a few years, our F-16 will be replaced by the ultramodern F-35A.
